That did not take long at all. Just half a day after announcing a new deal with Warner Bros Records, Prince has unveiled a new song ‘The Breakdown’ on iTunes. We aren’t really surprised as the Purple One must have tons of material ready to be fired.
On the ballad, which will remind fans of his soft tunes from during his prime, Prince sings a tale about his ex lover. This is the first single released since signing of his fresh contract with his former label which will release a new studio album this year as well as a special 30th anniversary edition of his classic Purple Rain soundtrack.
