Jeremih’s case is one of the most interesting ones in recent times. The singer managed to score a number 1 hit (which is not new for him), ‘Don’t Tell Em’ with YG late last year but still struggled to find a release date for his next album Late Nights.
In an interview with Billboard in November, Jeremih had revealed the complex reasons why he couldn’t capitalize on the hit single to release an album, pretty much blaming himself for it.
The singer now has two singles on the radio, ‘Tonight Belongs To U‘ featuring Flo Rida aimed at Top 40 radio and ‘Planes‘ with J. Cole for the Urban audience. Both songs are rising on the charts every week and it looks like we finally have a set release date for his long delayed LP.
According to HitsDailyDouble’s upcoming release chart, Late Nights is scheduled to be released on July 17.
We eagerly wait for it.
UPDATE: Here’s some good news. The digital version of the album will be out July 3rd which will follow the physical release on the 17th.
