Back in March, Kanye West performed a four-night residency in Paris where he also debuted the music video for his single ‘All Day’ directed by Steve McQueen (12 Years A Slave).
We haven’t heard anything about it since then but a lot of fans were able to watch the full video via a fan recording of the big screen. But now NY Times reports that Kanye is finally ready to showcase the music video in public, picking the Los Angeles County Museum Of Art as the venue.
Titled ‘All Day/I Feel Like That’, the music video will run for 4 days in a gallery during regular museum hours.
According to Franklin Sirmans, the curator in charge of contemporary art at LACMA, the video screening came about after the museum invited Steve McQueen to give a public talk. The event ended up being scrapped but he instead offered the museum the chance to exhibit the music video. Lucky them.
Kanye West’s new album SWISH is due later this year.
