Chance The Rapper has championed the art of dropping surprise projects.
After releasing Surf earlier this year as a surprise to a great response, the Chicago rapper teams up with controversial rapper Lil B for a joint mixtape called Free Based Freestyles. Very fitting title. Stream the 6 song project below.
