The legendary Bay Area rapper is back with a brand new single ‘Petty’ and he recruits Oakland’s rising artist Kamaiyah on the bouncy song. The track serves as the first single from 40’s upcoming duo album pack The D-Boy Diary: Book 1 & 2 which is scheduled to drop this November.
“When I work with talent from my community, it feels organic,” says 40 about working with Kamaiyah. “Kamaiyah is a talented artist and she’s bubbling right now in the streets.”
