UPDATE: 11 days later, Katy Perry returns with the official video for the song where she explores a futuristic theme park named Oblivia. It was shot over the course of three days in January at “the thrill capital of the world” – Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA.

Katty Perry finally returns with her brand new single ‘Chained To The Rhythm’.
After unveiling a teaser a few days ago, Katy offered a chance for her fans to listen to the song in advance. The song was made available via a series of disco ball-shaped listening stations located at spots around the world, in advance of its official release on Friday.

The catchy, Disco flavored song featuring Skip Marley (maternal grandson of Bob Marley) will be available on digital services anytime now but the single has already got its premiere on Beats 1 radio on Apple Music. You can listen to a recording below. It is produced by the one and only Max Martin and written by Sia. The singer is confirmed as a performer at the GRAMMY Awards this Sunday where she is expected to perform the new song.
