In addition to George Michael, the GRAMMYs made it a point to pay a tribute to the one and only Prince tonight.
Prince was someone who was never a fan of tributes so we wonder how he would be perceiving this from heavens. But his former band, The Time and Bruno Mars combineds forces in a strong way to pay homage to the greatest ever to do it.
The Time kicked off the tribute with an old-school performance of their hits ‘Jungle Love’ and ‘The Bird’, both of which were produced and co-written by Prince. Mars then took the stage dressed as the Purple One, to perform his hit ‘Let’s Go Crazy’. He even did a solo guitar riff in the end to impress the crowd. Watch the full performance below.
Bruno had taken the stage earlier to perform his latest single ‘That’s What I Like’.
