There is still no release date for Wale’s upcoming new album SHiNE but the DMV rapper has been releasing music on a consistent basis.
A few days ago, he dropped a freestyle over Nigerian artist Burna Boy’s song ‘Soke’. Today, he has joined forces with DJ Luna for a new mixtape titled Before I SHiNE which is basically a compilation of all the recent freebies he has released. Ten of the eleven songs have been previously heard by us but there’s one song on it called ‘You Got It’ which is all new.
It’s a freestyle kind of a track but with proper verses and a hook to go along with it. Stream or download it for free below. Wale will be kicking off his tour on May 5th at Atlanta.
