Faith Evans is all set to release her duet album with late husband The Notorious B.I.G. called King & I next week on May 19th and before that, decides to unveil another new song from the project.
This time, Faith links with The LOX’s Styles P and Sheek Louch for ‘Take Me There’ which features an unreleased verse from Biggie, which was a reference track for Lil’ Kim’s song ‘Drugs‘ off her 1996 album Hardcore. This Just Blaze produced cut is clearly the best song to be released so far from the album.
Previously, Faith released ‘Legacy‘, ‘Ten Wife Commandments‘, ‘When We Party‘ featuring Snoop Dogg and ‘NYC‘ with Jadakiss but received backlash for giving fans only previously released verses, despite promising us the opposite a few months ago. Stream ‘Take Me There’ via a lyric video below (via rap-up).
