Major Lazer recently put out their Know No Better EP which featured the lead single of the same name featuring Camila Cabello, Quavo and Travis Scott.
But their leader Diplo is always working in the studio on new music. The multi faceted producer recently revealed in an interview with iHeart Radio that he’s currently putting together an EP which will be Rap-based. He also revealed some of the guests that are set to appear on it. “[I’m] always working on things here and there, but you never know,” he told the radio giant. “I have an EP coming out actually next month. All a bunch of rap music. Desiigner’s on it, D.R.A.M., Lil Yachty.”
“I’m just always working the studio. I did a lot of rap music this last year. I did a record from Lil Yachty that came out. I’m just always working on songs and there are just records that they kind of didn’t fit on their album, so [I] just had to put them out myself,” he continued. Diplo also provided an update on the status of Major Lazer’s long delayed album Music Is The Weapon. Diplo said that they are happy releasing singles at the moment as it’s easier to promote those.
