Rich The Kid has recruited none other than Kendrick Lamar on his brand new song ‘New Freezer’.
Earlier this year, Rich The Kid had revealed that he had worked on some new music with Kendrick Lamar but did not say what the song was called or where it will appear. “Blessed to work wit Kendrick Lamar lastnite legendary way,” wrote the Atlanta based rapper in an Instagram post which was soon taken down.
Today, he has partnered with Beats 1 radio to finally unveil the collab titled ‘New Freezer’ featuring K.Dot which was debuted a short while ago on Zane Lowe’s show. Stream the trap song below via Apple Music or Spotify.
Yesterday, Rich The Kid discussed working with Kendrick with Zane, saying that he connected with the TDE rapper through his A&R at Interscope Records. Kendrick loved the song and wanted to be a part of it.
