Eminem Threw Out 69,000 Pieces of Paper During Writing of ‘Revival’

Eminem writes a lot — whether he’s in a space of recording an album or otherwise. He’s revealed a number of times that one of his favorite pass times is just writing rhymes even when he’s not recording music out of it.

So how many papers did he write on and throw away while writing songs for Revival? 69,000. Spotify has sponsored a new billboard ad for the album in which the empty part of the cut letters of “Revival” were filled with those thousands of pieces of paper. Look at the promo clip below to believe it.

Revival is expected to top the Billboard 200 this week with sales of approximately 250k, which is set to be the lowest opening week figures of his career.
