Eminem was the headliner for third day of the Coachella festival in Indio, California tonight (April 15). However, unlike the other headliners The Weeknd and Beyonce, Eminem’s performance was not live-streamed on YouTube leading to some very disappointed fans worldwide.
But those who attended the show certainly got bang for their buck as Em ran through some of his most iconic hits like ‘Real Slim Shady’, ‘Stan’, ‘Sing For The Moment’ and many more. The rapper brought out Bebe Rexha for ‘The Monster’ which she wrote but was performed by Rihanna in the end.
Next was 50 Cent, who came to the stage rapping to their Get Rich or Die Tryin’ collaboration ‘Patiently Waiting’, before launching into his solo hits ‘I Get Money’ and ‘In da Club’. They also performed a part of their song ‘Crack A Bottle’ but without Dr. Dre.
But then came the good Doctor himself. The Aftermath boss and his protege performed their hits ‘Still Dre’, ‘Medicine Man’ and ‘Forgot About Dre’, bringing some nostalgic memories to the audience. Before these three, Eminem’s regular collaborator Skylar Grey filled in for Dido on ‘Stan’, Beyoncé on ‘Walk on Water’ and Rihanna on ‘Love The Way You Lie’. Em finished his set with the anthem ‘Lose Yourself’. Watch a few clips below.
