Meek Mill and Drake may be prepping the release of a collaboration together. From a new snippet that has surfaced, it feels like a good possibility.
Meek got out from prison a few weeks ago but is yet to release any music for the fans. He has confirmed in interviews and via Instagram posts though that he’s been in the studio recording new music. It looks like one of the songs that is in the making is a remix to Notorious B.I.G’s ‘What’s Beef‘.
“Is we beefin’ or rappin’? I might just pop up with Drizzy like what’s..” Meek can be heard name dropping Drake in the snippet that you can hear/watch above. However, what’s more interesting is — you can year a typical “yeah” ad lib at the end of the snippet from a voice that sounds very much like Drizzy’s.
We’re not the only ones who noticed it. If you go into the comments section of the Instagram post, you’ll see many fans speculating the same. We’d have to wait and see if it holds true. In an interview earlier this month on Hot 97, Meek had made it clear that there are no more issues with Drake and he’s open to working together again. “It’s possible, everything is possible. I ain’t got no hate towards them.”
