Lil Wayne has settled his lawsuits with Universal Music and Cash Money, which enables him to break free from their contract and release music without any legal troubles.
This development has opened a lot of doors for Weezy who has struggled to get his long delayed album Tha Carter V off the ground due to contractual limitations. Now that he’s a free man, things have become easier for him. The Young Money boss has recorded a lot of material in the years leading up to this stage and one of the collaborations seems to be an untitled song with French Montana and Justin Bieber.

Montana took to Twitter to reveal that he’s got a “crazy” song with the two on the album. “Gotta a crazy joint with lil Wayne and Justin Bieber on carter 5. The goat is back,” he wrote. Now whether this track will ever come out for the public can not be confirmed at this moment since the fate of unreleased Wayne music is always unpredictable but at least we can have hopes.
Earlier today, French Montana, Lil Uzi Vert, Quavo, Wiz Khalifa, Chance The Rapper and others teamed up with Spotify to recreate the legendary Tha Carter III artwork to celebrate its 10th anniversary (June 10).
