Today is a great day for any Prince fan. As many as 23 albums from the late legend are now available on all streaming services for the very first time.
This batch of albums include rare out of print recordings as well as other releases like The Gold Experience (from 1995), Emancipation (1996), The Rainbow Children (2001), Musicology (2004), Planet Earth (2007), 20Ten (2010) and more. It adds more than 300 songs to the Purple One’s online discography on streaming services for the first time. This is a result of a new deal struck between SME and The Prince Estate.
Apart from the 23 original albums, a collection called Prince Anthology: 1995-2010 containing 37 essential tracks from Prince’s prime era has also been released, which you can stream below via Spotify.
