Nicki Minaj made a stop on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night to promote her new album Queen, which is expected to move around 150k copies in the first week.
Aside from talking about the exotic album cover and whether any people were mad at her for taking their names on ‘Barbie Dreams’, the highlight of the sit down was when Nicki spit some lyrics to include Stephen Colbert on the song. On ‘Barbie Dreams’, which serves as the new single from the album, the rapper calls out all the famous men who’ve allegedly tried to bag her.
Stephen wasn’t happy that he wasn’t included so Nicki added the following lyrics for him: “I might [bleep] Stephen after the show/He gon’ come back to work with a magical glow. But when you see us [bleep] please don’t stare/Just address me as Queen Nicki Colbert.” Of course, Stephen was quite stunned. Watch the interview below.
