T.I. will be releasing his new album The Dime Trap on Oct. 5 and in anticipation of the same, he has shared a new song today, ‘The Amazing Mr. Fu*k Up’.
On the Victoria Monet featured track, Tip opens about the “challenges and transgressions” he’s had as a husband to wife Tiny. During his interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 which you can watch below, T.I. discussed the song’s concept. “[This is] the first time I musically addressed some of the challenges and transgressions that I have had as a husband,” he said. “I’ve always kind of shied away from even speaking on those types of topics in my music. I felt like this is a time where the music is dope. I just felt that I had to lay it out, I had to put my cards face up on the table.”
