Kanye West surely kept his fans waiting a lot for his new album Jesus is King but that has been his style for the past 3-4 albums. Somehow, ‘Ye has figured out a way to capitalize on it for marketing and it actually sort of works.
But after almost a month since the initial release date of Sept. 27, Kanye’s Gospel themed album is out everywhere for streaming as well as on his official website in multi formats like CD and vinyl. Being a Church inspired project, you’d think he kept things simple on this and worked with only his close camp but that’s not the case.
Like any other ‘Ye project, there are plenty of names that you can find in the songs’ credits — some of them you’d least expect. Timbaland, Labrinth, Benny Blanco and Pi’erre Bourne are a few of the highlights on the list but you can find the complete details below. As far as guest features ago, Ant Clemons, Ty Dolla Sign, Fred Hammond, The Clipse and Kenny G (they both appear on ‘Use This Gospel’) are the ones who contributed.
