Statik Selektah has worked with almost every top rapper you can name but every now and then, he likes to challenge himself by cooking a full length project with one artist.
This year, the New York based producer has already released a joint project each with Currensy and Bun B. He is now cooking up one with Houston’s own Paul Wall to finish the year off right. The duo will offer their album Give Thanks on Thanksgiving, Nov. 28.
To kickstart the campaign, Statik and Paul Wall have dropped the first single ‘Overcame’ today with some help from Benny The Butcher. Take a listen to the soulful track below.
