Lil Jon Debuts New Collab with Usher & Ludacris on Instagram Live: Watch

Back in November, we got the news that Usher, Ludaris and Lil Jon are readying a new collaboration. “WE DID IT ALREADY. COMING ON @Usher NEW ALBUM,” Jon said while replying to a fan if they are doing another song together, the followup to their number 1 hit ‘Lovers & Friends’.

Ludacris had posted a screenshot of the tweet on his Instagram and confirmed the new collab, writing “Shit Slappin Too.” Well, right after his battle with T-Pain on Instagram Live tonight (Saturday), Lil Jon decided to give fans a little taste of the new track. Jon activated his DJ mode and brought it back several times before playing just more than half of the song.

Lil Jon also mentioned that it was done about two years ago and produced by Jermaine Dupri. Listen to a rip of the preview below.

The trio are known for their huge hit ‘Yeah!’ which topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 12 consecutive weeks and ended up becoming one of the biggest worldwide hits in music. It also won the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 47th Grammy Awards, while being nominated for Record of the Year. The three Atlanta based artists later also teamed up for another hit, ‘Lovers & Friends‘ the same year.
