Here’s a nice little surprise. DJ Khaled has dropped the music video for his hit single ‘POPSTAR’ featuring Drake.
The song is everywhere — currently occupying the #21 spot on Billboard Hot 100 and already top 3 on Rhythmic radio. But the challenge in this climate was always going to be: how are they going to shoot the music video with the Canadian border still shut?
Well, Khaled is a marketing genius so he pulled off a big one. He has enlisted Justin Bieber to star in the visual. It starts with Khaled’s constant pleas to Drizzy to shoot a video somehow to the song. Drake can be spotted looking at his phone, checking out the various notifications from Khaled and getting tired his constant asks. Drizzy then has an idea — he hits up pop star himself, Justin Bieber to do the duties.
