It’s been less than a week since 21 Savage and Metro Boomin delivered their incredible Savage Mode 2 album, but the duo aren’t slowing down any time soon. The album, which included some narrative work from the legend Morgan Freeman, along with guest features from names such as Drake and Young Thug is on course to move an impressive 170-190k copies in its first week.
On Savage Mode 2 the Atlanta duo complimented each other well, similar to the albums pre-successor, and many people are putting the LP towards the top of their albums of the year list, and rightly so. Since the release 21 and Metro have delivered the video for ‘Runnin’ and today have returned with the well put together video for ‘My Dawg’.
I would suspect this won’t be the last visual release to come from the duo, who knows we might get a video for the Drake featured ‘Mr. Right Now’, or maybe even the incredible Young Thug featured ‘Rich N*gga Sh*t’, I guess time will tell.
