Uncle Murda does his Rap Ups every year but over the last couple times, he has elevated to a point where everyone looks forward to it dropping on last day of the year/first day of the new year.
After a bit of delay, the 2020 edition of his rap up series is here. The 2019 one was 10 minutes long but the 2020 version is almost 14 minutes long. That’s no surprise because of how long this past year really was, thanks to the global Covid-19 pandemic and everything that came with it.
For this one, Murda raps about the virus, vaccine, the Tory Lanez-Megan Thee Stallion situation, Gucci Mane-Jeezy beef, the black lives matter protests, Trump & the Presidential elections, George Floyd’s murder, Rowdy Rebel’s release, stimulus checks, “fake beef” with Casanova, Jeremih having a death scare with Covid-19, August Alsina-Jada situation, VERZUZ, Meek Mill on Clubhouse, and so much more. There are two beat switches too and the production is actually really solid.
