The GRAMMYs just can’t make everyone happy and it happened with the 2021 edition as well.
Ultra popular group BTS’ fans were angry that they lost the important nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance to Ariana Grande/Lady Gaga. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook lost the award to Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, who were nominated for their collaboration ‘Rain on Me’.
But of course there was still the all hyped performance to go and they did not disappoint. “So this is a very memorable night for us of course because we’ve always wanted to perform there, especially the performance of course,” RM said earlier to E! “It’s just an honor to be part of this amazing night.”
“And the fact that people around the world really love our music and this is a chance for us to show the world about Korean culture and ourselves and our music. So we’re really happy and we’re really proud,” the group added.
