Rumors are starting to surface yet again that Eminem is gearing to release new music very soon.
It all started when Em’s close collaborator Fredwreck posted a drawing of the rapper’s childhood home in Detroit on his Instagram stories. As we know, the house appears on the cover of the first and second installment of The Marshall Mathers LP. A little while later, Fredwreck also posted a photo of a building with an address that said 1001, leading fans to believe that an album will drop on Oct. 1.

While these hints may not be very concrete, the speculation might be legitimate because the rumors about Eminem’s last couple of surprise albums (in particular Music To be Murdered By – Side B) also started in a similar manner and then ended up being 100% true. It was Em’s other close collaborator Dem Jointz who took the lead last time.

The speculation was further fuelled by by a social media post from Em’s good friend Skylar Grey who also hinted at something coming on Oct. 1. “This month has been hellish… but I see the light at the end… can’t wait for October 1st… mark your calendar,” tweeted the singer-songwriter.
Some fans believe Em is preparing to release new music as part of Venom: Let There Be Carnage, which hits theaters Oct. 1. If you remember, the Shady Records boss created the title track for the 2018 film which did quite well. It also appeared on his Kamikaze album.
Mozzy’s manager recently tweeted that a collaboration between Eminem, Mozzy and Polo G was in the works while Shady Films sent out a cryptic tweet as well while replying to a fan. Stay tuned as we try to find more info on Em’s potential release plans.
