Travis Scott has reportedly been removed from the Coachella 2022 lineup, according to a report posted by KESQ.
The channel cites local reports from the city of Indio and the community services manager Jim Curtis who confirm that Travis will no longer be performing at the grand event next April. The festival’s organizer, Goldenvoice has not confirmed the report yet.
Director of Communications and Marketing for Indio, Brooke Beare told The Desert Sun that “any confirmation about the festival lineup would come from Goldenvoice.”
The news comes on heels of the Astroworld tragedy where a deadly crowd surge resulted in death toll of 10 in the past few weeks with 9-year-old Ezra Blount becoming the youngest victim a few days ago.
Earlier in the week, Travis sat down with Charlamagne Tha God to talk about the tragedy at Astroworld fest and how much he thinks he’s responsible.
