French Montana has explained the meaning of “Coke” in his crew and label’s name, Coke Boyz Entertainment.
In the latest episode of Fame & Flavor, the rapper did a promo stop with New York based food influencer Cugine for his forthcoming project Mac & Cheese 5. Cugine broke down the meaning of “flour” aka “farina” in Italian, a key ingredient in the dish they were cooking up.
From there, the discussion went to the host asking how French came up with the name “Coke Boyz” to which he replied that it “Coke” here stands for “Creation Of Kings Everywhere.”

“You sure it’s not farina, farina?” joked Cug, while tapping the side of his nose. “No one’s being indicted here,” the host continued, alluding to the recent ruling in which Young Thug’s lyrics could be used against him in his YSL RICO case. Watch the clip above and the full episode below.
This exchange is especially funny in light of Young Thug’s lawyer telling the court that Thug stands for “Truly Humbled Under God.”
“What [the name] means to Jeffery is something very personal,” Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel said. “It was his pact that if he could ever make it as a musical artist, and help his family, himself, and many others out of this endless cycle of hopelessness, he would be Truly Humbled Under God. That’s what ‘Thug’ means.”
