U2 is preparing to release their new album Songs of Experience on December 1 and today, they have shared a new single ‘Get Out of Your Own Way’ which features Kendrick Lamar.
It’s not a traditional rap guest appearance in the middle of the song. Instead, K.Dot delivers spoken word at the end of the track while guitar riffs continue to run. Hear the song below. Kendrick previously collaborated with the band on the DAMN. track ‘XXX‘ which received much critical acclaim.
