Last week, Birdman teased that he will be dropping some new music with Mannie Fresh to bring back their classic duo Big Tymers.
They keep the promise by unveiling a new song today called ‘Designer Caskets’ which has the classic sounding production from Mannie Fresh. The same sound that helped take Cash Money to the top. “This that real project shit that these ni**as wanna hear from me,” raps Mannie on the booming song.
‘Designer Caskets’ appears on the soundtrack to Baby’s Apple Music documentary, Before Anythang: The Story Behind the Cash Money Records Empire. Big Tymers have not released an album since 2003’s Big Money Heavyweight which went Gold. It will be interesting to see if they continue to drop music as Big Tymers but for now, stream the comeback single below.
