Beyonce wants to do some epic stuff once again it seems.
After shooting the ‘Apeshit‘ music video with Jay-Z at the Louvre, she now plans to film another one at the Roman landmark, Colosseum. Italian newspaper Il Messaggero reports that Beyoncé submitted a request to film at the Colosseum on July 7 and 8, when she and her husband Jay were in town for their On The Run II Tour date.
It is not yet clear what Beyonce intends to shoot but there is a great chance it’s for a music video off their Everything is Love album which released last month. Her initial request to shoot on those dates was rejected by the Italy Ministry of Cultural Heritage since Italian scientist Alberto Angela already had the space booked. They also noted that the superstar’s request was too short a notice because the Colosseum is “a very complicated place.”
Beyonce has now reportedly resubmitted her request. Stay tuned for more details. Bey has already filmed at the Colosseum before for the iconic Pepsi commercial alongside Britney Spears, Pink and Pink & Enrique Iglesias.
