It was announced late last month that a new Pop Smoke album will be released on July 16th.
When the trailer was revealed along with the announcement, the title of the album and other details were not shared. But tonight, the pre-order on Apple Music/iTunes has gone live which tells us that the album will be self-titled. It has also revealed that the late rapper’s sophomore set will feature a total of 17 songs.
Interestingly, a 30 second skit-like outro has been shared along with the pre-order which you can listen below. It contains some motivational talk from Pop Smoke.
Pop’s first album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, which celebrated its first anniversary yesterday (July 3rd) is one of the most successful albums across all genres of the past year, having recently been certified double platinum by the RIAA.
