UPDATE: The website reveals that the album will be a compilation album with just three new songs. Those are ‘The King & I‘, the Snoop single and one yet-to-be-released song.

After releasing his single ‘From The D 2 The LBC‘ with Snoop Dogg a few weeks ago and announcing that his next album was going to be Curtain Call 2, we now have more news about when the album is going to drop.
Eminem has revealed that the new album will be out on August 5th, which is just a few weeks away. He’s also unveiled the cover art for the album, which you can see below.
There’s still no word on how the album will be formatted, because the first one was of course a compilation LP. The artwork here seems to feature art from a couple of the Detroit rapper’s previous albums, so maybe it’ll be half compilation and half new music. His Instagram post also hashtags his last seven albums, everything since he returned in 2009.
