Ab-Soul is ready to deliver his new album Herbert, his first release in 6 years, on December 16th.
Today, the TDE rapper has revealed details around the album including the official artwork and the tracklist that everybody was anticipating. The album features a star studded list of Big Sean, Russ, Joey Bada$$, JhenĂ© Aiko, SiR, Punch, Zacari, Fre$h (on the first single ‘Gang Nem‘), AmbrĂ©, ALEMEDA and Lance Skiiiwalker.
That’s not it. The 18 tracks on the album features production from Sounwave, DJ Premier, James Blake, Hit-Boy, Boi-1da, DJ Dahi, and more. Some of us were hoping Jay-Z would be featured on the album too as TDE had captioned the photo of them together in such a way but not to be.
The album also features two previously released tracks, ‘Hollandaise’ and ‘Moonshooter’, which features a newly added Joey Badass verse not included on the original single release. Watch the official trailer below.
