We have a treat for our readers today. Hip Hop N More partnered with Walmart for the latest Risers episode starring Kendrick Lamar at SXSW earlier this month.
The platinum selling rapper exclusively told us in our brief interview that the original video for ‘The Recipe’ shot in May last year may drop later. Kendrick and Dr. Dre connected at an undisclosed location in California to shoot the video but held it off to release a live at Coachella version of video instead. He also tells us that TDE’s focus right now is on solo albums from ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock (in that order we think) which means that the Black Hippy album will not happen anytime soon.
