50 Cent is scheduled to perform at South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas on March 11 and fans all over the globe will be able to stream it live on Hang W/ app.
50 is an investor in and an avid user of the app which lets a person broadcast live video to his or her followers. 50’s concert is scheduled to take place at 8 p.m. at the 1100 Warehouse in Austin during the “crossover” night between the last day of SXSW’s Interactive festival and the start of its music events. Fans who are following 50 on the free app will be able to watch the show straight from their phones.
“I’m excited to be able to bring my fans behind the scenes and give the opportunity to those who couldn’t make it a chance to experience a concert at South By Southwest“, said 50 Cent.
