Puff Daddy aka Diddy’s son Christian Combs just turned 18 and on his birthday, he received the gift of signing to his father’s label Bad Boy and Epic Records.
Christian Combs, also known as King Combs, is a rapper and songwriter and also the founder of NYC based crew called CYN. He expressed his excitement over the deal on his Instagram:
“Yesterday was the greatest day of my life — it was the day a dream came true. I got signed to Bad Boy and Epic Records. I’m extremely thankful for everything that God has blessed me with and I will never take it for granted. Music is something that’s been part of me my whole life. #Epic #Badboy we got this!”
Said his father Puff Daddy:
“I couldn’t be prouder of Christian. He’s an incredibly talented artist with a bright future. Christian has earned this opportunity from hard work and dedication and he represents the future of Bad Boy.”
L.A. Reid added:
“Our ability to pass the torch to a new generation is what music history is all about. I have watched Christian grow into a very talented young artist and it fills me with great pride to share this with my brother and friend Puffy.”
