The Weeknd has scored his third consecutive project at the number spot on Billboard 200 with My Dear Melancholy EP. It moved a total of 169k copies in the first week including streams.
While another EP from the Toronto singer might be on the way soon, he has released a short documentary of sorts today titled ‘He Was Never There’. The six minute clip takes you behind the scenes of the singer recording various songs from the EP with different producers and engineers in the studio.
The clip has a VHS-like effect which is no surprise coming from The Weeknd. Catch it below.
