Cardi B, the New York superstar has finally released her eagerly awaited debut album Invasion of Privacy tonight. The 13 song set features guest appearances from YG, SZA, J. Balvin, Bad Bunny, 21 Savage, Migos and more.
Coinciding with the highly anticipated release, Cardi sat down with Ebro for Beats 1 for a detailed interview. During the 31 minute chat, the rapper talked about her come up, guest appearances on the album, ‘Bodak Yellow’s impact, handling internet rumors, relationship with Offset, keeping in touch with her Dominican roots and catering to the Spanish music market, funding it hard to collaborate with artists in studio due to time issues, being into fashion, the “beef” with Nicki Minaj being fabricated by the internet, collaborating on Bruno Mars on the ‘Finesse’ remix and much more.
