When fans saw 21 Savage tweet the December 7th release date a month back, hype was at a high for a potential album but then throughout the month we never got any confirmation and a lot of people assumed it might have been postponed.

But tonight, 21 shows he is a man of his word. The rapper took to Instagram to unveil the official artwork for his new LP I Am > I Was which drops at midnight.
UPDATE: It looks like the album isn’t coming out today after all. 21 tweeted the following and also hinted on his Instagram stories about a potential Dec. 21 release date. See screenshot below.
