The release date for the soundtrack to the film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has been officially announced today. It arrives this Friday, December 14th.
Republic Records and Sony Pictures have also unveiled the official tracklist for the album which features a total of 13 songs, led by the first single ‘Sunflower‘ by Post Malone and Swae Lee. The song is currently holding the #17 spot on the Billboard Hot 100. The soundtrack also features original songs from Lil Wayne (featuring Ty Dolla Sign and a “special guest”), Nicki Minaj, Juice WRLD, Vince Staples, DJ Khalil, Jacquees and more.
Take a look at the full tracklisting above. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, the film is set to hit theaters across the U.S. on Dec. 14th as well. It has already received acclaim from critics for its innovative animation, acting and humor.
