There aren’t many artists today who are able to freestyle on the spot. We very well know that most “freestyles” we see online are pre-written or part of an unreleased verse from a song. But Common is different.
From the very start of his career, the Chicago rapper is known to be an amazing rhymer who can freestyle whenever he wants. The veteran emcee stopped by The L.A. Leakers show on Power 106 to promote his latest single ‘HER Love‘ featuring Daniel Caesar. He freestyled off the top for almost 5 minutes, the latter part being inspired by his own albums over the years. This is great. Watch it below.
