Earlier this year, it looked like French was about to drop a new project at any given time with the release of his ‘Cold‘ single with Tory Lanez and the announcement of Coke Boys 5 but nothing ever came. Instead, French seemed to take a little hiatus over the summer.
But now he’s making a return and kicking off a campaign and he has a big single with him to do it. In August of last year when Pop was still popping with the song of the summer ‘Welcome To The Party’, he was seen with French shooting a music video at Red Carpet of Streetball in New York. It turns out it was for this, French’s new song ‘Double G’.
“Been a shitty year for all of us. After I lost my brothers left and right, it took me a minute to get my head back in the game…” wrote French on Instagram. You can stream the song below.
