Lil Baby and Lil Durk have announced that they are releasing a joint project.
It all started with Lil Baby sharing a photo of him and Durk from NBA All-Star Weekend on his Instagram stories with the caption, “Aye y’all tell @LilDurk let’s drop the tape fucc.”
Durk then took to Twitter to further tease the project, writing, “Aye y’all tell @lilbaby4PF let’s drop that tape. streets need this OTF x 4PF.” Later, the Chicago rapper also went on Instagram and said that they will release the project if he gets 100,000 comments on his post. He also has a potential title of the project: The Voice x The Hero.

“100k comments me and @lilbaby gone drop our tape….. The voice x The hero,” he said. “Streets needs this.” Of course, the particular is well over 100k comments by now with fans flooding it with a positive reception to the idea.
Lil Durk-led Only The Family crew put out a compilation last week called Loyal Bros which you can grab here.
The two friends have collaborated on several songs in the past, including the latest one ‘Finesse Out the Gang Way’ which appeared on the deluxe version of Durk’s album The Voice. There is no release date yet for this tape but we’re confident it’s coming soon.
