Dr. Dre Announces New Album ‘Casablanco’ with Marsha Ambrosius

It definitely looks like Dr. Dre is back active again like never before.

Yesterday, Dre took to Instagram to preview a collaboration between him and Anderson .Paak that will appear in the upcoming update to GTA: V’s Online mode which adds new weapons, missions, cars and a storyline. Rockstar Games announced that we’d get “a ton of new and unreleased exclusive tracks” from the West Coast legend which obviously have us excited.

Earlier on Sunday, a snippet of a new song between Dre and Eminem surfaced online which is also expected to appear in the game, however no confirmation has been received yet from either party.

A couple of hours ago, Dr. Dre posted another interesting update: he’s finished a full album with longtime collaborator Marsha Ambrosius. He called it his best work. “I just finished recording an album with Marsha Ambrosius. “Casablanco” I had a blast!! This is some of my best work!!”

Shortly after, the former Aftermath signee also posted a similar caption on her Instagram with a photo of her and Dre in the studio. “I just finished recording an album with Dr. Dre “Casablanco” I had an amazing time!! This is some of my best work!!!,” she wrote. She appeared on the last Dr. Dre album Compton, on the song ‘Darkside/Gone‘ alongside King Mez and Kendrick Lamar.
