Tyler, The Creator and Pharrell Williams have a long history of collaborating together and now they are reuniting again on a new track called ‘Virgina Boy’.
Pharrell revealed the tracklist for his Piece By Piece last week, the soundtrack to his Lego-animated film that follows the life and career of the iconic musician. The project features five brand-new songs including ‘Virginia Boy’ featuring Tyler along with ‘It’s Happening’, ‘L’EGO Odyssey’, ‘For Real’, and the title track ‘Piece By Piece’.
‘VIRGINIA Boy’ definitely reminds us of some of P’s work in his prime when he was producing monsters as part of The Neptunes and rapping on some of them as well. Listen to it below. The film, that opens in theaters today, features appearances from JAY-Z, Timbaland, Gwen Stefani, Justin Timberlake, Daft Punk and more.
