That’s right; the rapper is back with another release, featuring Ab-Soul (who he also shared the RedBull Cypher stage with) and Rapsody (regarded as one of the finest by the finest when it comes to rap). Talk about barring up!
The single comes in as a signal of the storm yet to come, with Joey’s mixtape release scheduled for August 29. With Lonely At The Top, Joey is set to make a statement that backs his last name, much like he did during his badass diss-showdown. The track comes with visuals that seem highly intentional, and in line with the sonic universe of the Statik Selektah beat.
The release has come in supplementing the recently announced Dark Aura Tour, which also features the ‘Still’ collaborators for the entirety of Joey’s tour run. It begins October 16 with Boston, and will cover 25-cities. So, how hyped are you for the year of the Bada$$?
