Boosie Badazz and former NFL player Antonio Allen have been arrested on drug and gun charges following a traffic stop in Georgia, reports TMZ.
The two are currently being held up in Coweta County Jail and are facing marijuana and narcotics possession charges, plus another charge for possession of a firearm. According to the report, the two men were stopped by police Monday afternoon after an officer observed a white Dodge Charger swerving lanes and almost hitting another vehicle. Boosie was driving the car which had strong odor of weed.
Upon search, Police found a bag of marijuana and a loaded 9mm handgun under the passenger seat, where Allen was sitting. Boosie also admitted to talking on the phone while driving — a misdemeanor in the state of Georgia, reports Times Herald.
Boosie has had a stint in jail in the past, as we all know. He was indicted on first-degree murder charges in 2010 and sentenced to eight years on other drug possession charges with intent of distribution. He was acquitted of the murder charges in 2012 and remained on parole till 2018.
