Chloe Bailey and Chris Brown have released their awaited collaboration ‘How Does It Feel’.
The song has been in the news since being announced as fans were critical of Chloe working with Chris Brown who has history of abuse. Chris took to his Instagram Stories this past Friday to respond to backlash he and Chloe Bailey received following the announcement that they are collaborating on the upcoming track. “If y’all still hate me for a mistake I made as a 17-year-old please kiss my whole entire a–,” he wrote in an all-text Instagram Story, referring to the time he physically abused then-girlfriend Rihanna in February of 2009.
But Chris has been very supportive of Chloe, writing in her comments section, “@chloebailey you are a beautiful soul… TAKE OVER THE WORLD SHAWTY and DONT LOOK BACK🙏🏽! YOU ARE A QUEEN! DONT LET NOBODY TELL YOU NO DIFFERENT! You followed your dreams and now the universe is fulfilling that manifestation.”
The song is out today and from the sound, it seems like it samples Usher and Jadakiss’ classic track ‘Throwback‘ from the former’s album Confessions. Listen to/preview it below.
‘How Does it Feel’ is lifted from Chloe’s forthcoming debut album In Pieces, coming March 31.
