MOST DISAPPOINTING SONGS
Eminem – âLove Gameâ (Feat. Kendrick Lamar)
Rick Ross – âDevil Is A Lieâ (Feat. Jay Z)
After weeks of hype and anticipation, Rick Ross released his Jay Z-assisted single âDevil Is A Lieâ last month to a mostly positive response but we are not feeling this one. âF**kwithmeyouknowigotitâ was one of the hottest records of last year so a lukewarm follow up like âDevilâ make it sound even worse. Ross isnât making much sense with his verse and the below average hook made matters worse. Hovâs clever words werenât enough to save this.
DJ Khaled – âNo New Friendsâ (Feat. Drake, Rick Ross & Lil Wayne)
The first problem about this song is that weâve heard this combination of artists in one way or another a million times now so the excitement was no longer there when we clicked play. On top of that, when you label it as âStarted From The Bottom Remixâ, the expectations go even higher and after hearing the song a few times, our hopes came down crashing. Even Drizzyâs magic couldnât save this one.
DJ Khaled – âI Wanna Be With Youâ (Feat. Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross & Future)
Having big names on the same song is not always advantageous and Khaled has definitely learned his lesson lately. Before it was yet to be released, Khaled described it as the âbiggest songâ but reality was that it featured some ordinary verses and a forced off-scale hook from Future. No surprise that it went off-scale on the charts too.
2 Chainz – âNetflixâ (Feat. Fergie)
Our eyes lit up when we heard Fergie is going to be the guest artist on 2 Chainzâ âNetflixâ, the promo single from his sophomore album B.O.A.T.S. II: MEtime as it had been a long time since we heard the Black Eyed Peas singer on a Rap song. The track unfortunately ended up being mediocre as hell.
